Omar masters business studies
Omar Squires recently graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a masters in Business Administration. Also a graduate of the University of the West Indies Omar holds a bachelors in Acounting and Economics. He has worked as a Customer Service Representative and Marketing Officer with CGI Barbados and is now an Investment Officer with Primerica Inc in the United States. Omar credits St. Angelas, Christ Church Foundation School and the Barbados Community College for the educational foundation which led to this latest academic success.
Retirements
Mr. Cynthia Reid retired from the Foundation School effective August 31, 2005. She took over as Deputy Principal in 2001 from Mr. Perkins who went on to become Principal of St. Michael's School. Mrs. Reid is loved by all and will be sorely missed. Before becoming Deputy Principal she taught French.
Father Gooding taught Religious Education at Foundation School from back in the early 1990's after the departure of the previous RK teacher. Father Gooding is Rector of St. George Parish Church.
