All past students of Christ Church Foundation School are automatic members of the association.
This form will be used solely by the Foundation Old Scholars' Association to create a database of it's membership. This will allow us to notify you of upcoming events and initiatives that may be mutually beneficial. No information placed in this form will be kept online and cannot be viewed or retrieved after submission. If you wish to change anything on a submitted form you will need to fill out a change request form and submit that to us.
Please do not fill out a form unless you went to Foundation School.
