If you are running Internet Explorer

Click on the "tools" menu at the top of your browser

Select "Internet Options" at the bottom of the list that appears

On the top of the box that appears go to the tab marked "Privacy" and click on it

At the bottom of that box is the Pop-up blocking setup

Click on Settings

In the part that says address of Web site to add type "www.foundationosa.org"

Click the "add" button on the right

Click "OK" on all of the boxes that are open.

That's it! Finished!

Next time you click a link on the Foundationosa site it will open the page as it should.
